Karim Diabate builds Yiriba. He writes about the call patterns the product actually sees, and cuts a claim rather than dressing up a number he cannot source.

What this byline claims, and what it does not

Building the product is the whole of it. There is no qualification being implied, and where a guide would otherwise lean on one, it links to a source instead or says the thing it can actually support. If a guide describes a pattern in missed calls, it will tell you to go and look at your own call log rather than quote a figure at you, because a statistic that cannot be traced anywhere is worth less than the export button on your phone system.

How the guides are written

• A figure, a price or an appeal to research carries a link to where it came from. A guide that cannot source a claim drops the claim rather than hedging it into something vaguer.
• Where a source measured something adjacent rather than the exact thing under discussion, the guide says so instead of quietly borrowing its authority.
• Anything that costs money to run says so, including our own features. See the plans for what is metered.
• Every guide shows when it was published and, if it has changed since, when it was last updated.

Corrections

If something in a guide is wrong, or a source does not say what the guide says it says, write to support@yiriba.com and the page gets corrected with its updated date moved.
